The 4-star Grand Hotel Rogaška – Rogaška Resort is the ideal place to indulge in a relaxing and revitalising spa holiday. A listed historical building, dating back to the reign of Emperor Ferdinand, the hotel is set within lush, sprawling gardens. Featuring swimming pools, saunas, a fully fledged spa as well as an on-site restaurant and bar, we have everything in place to ensure you have the perfect holiday.
Our elegant rooms balance modernity and history, offering all the amenities you expect from a world class hotel – WiFi, TV and a minibar – whilst retaining their original character and charm. We have a total of 194 rooms on offer to cater for all requirements, from the indulgent Superior Suite through to our standard doubles. Many of the rooms have beautiful views over our gardens and some feature private balconies.
Other facilities include 24-hour reception service, a tour desk, multiple shops and a beauty salon.
We are proud to boast stunning sports facilities on site, including tennis and squash courts as well as horse riding. To top it all of – we have a year round schedule of concerts and performances in the Grand Crystal Hall.
Free parking is provided either on-site or in the vicinity. An airport shuttle can be arranged from Ljubljana, 110 km away, and Zagreb, 95 km away, at an extra cost. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

Extra charges

Tourist tax adults: € 2,50.- per person per day.
Tourist tax for children (7 – 18 y.o.): € 1,25.- per person per day.
Registration fee: € 1,00.- per person / arrival or registration (adults and children from 12 years onwards).

Children’s beds and extra beds

For free! One child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing beds with two adult person.
Supplement for the baby cot: € 10.- per day.
One child from 7 to 11,99 years is charged € 40.- per night in an extra bed.
One child from 12 years old or adult is charged € 50.- per night in an extra bed.
A maximum of 1 extra bed / cot is allowed.
Supplements are not calculated in the total amount and must be paid separately during the stay.

Pets

Pets are allowed upon guest’s request.
Pets (up to 10 kg): € 15.- per day (note due to limited number of rooms).

Cancellation / Prepayment

The reservation can be canceled free of charge 3 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 1 to 2,99 days before arrival we charge 100% of the first night.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Cards accepted at this property

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
The number of rooms is limited. We reserve the right to correct the prices.
The program is valid in accordance with the hygiene recommendations of the NIJZ FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TOURIST AND CATERING ACTIVITIES DURING THE EPIDEMIC COVID-19.
